Three official NASA lunar photography index maps for Apollo 14 prepared under the direction of the Department of Defense in June 1971, folding out to 58 x 14 and staple-bound into 8 x 14.25 paperstock wrappers, with the front cover stamped, "Provenance: The Edgar D. Mitchell Space Collection," and signed in blue felt tip, "Edgar Mitchell." Each map is designated with a specific purpose: "16mm Color," "70mm Color," and "70mm and 5 inch B/W." In very good to fine condition, with a central horizontal fold and toning to the front wrappers.
Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Karlyn Mitchell, the daughter of Edgar Mitchell.
