Partial partly printed vellum DS as president, one page, 13.75 x 5, September 28, 1843. Bottom section of a presidential document signed in bold black ink by John Tyler and countersigned by Secretary of State Abel P. Upshur. The original white seal remains affixed to the left side. Handsomely double-matted and framed with an engraved portrait to an overall size of 25 x 11. In fine condition, with light rippling.
