Circa 1928 Netherlands Olympic Committee timekeeper's stopwatch made by Elka, featuring a white 45 mm dial, lettered in red: "Nederlandsch Olympisch Comité." Also marked in black by the maker, "Elka Watch Cy, Amsterdam." The outer dial records in 1/5 split second intervals up to 60 seconds, while the inner dial keeps track of each running minute. The watch stops, starts, and is reset by the button at the top. In fine, functional condition.
