The signed side provides a flow chart for troubleshooting three LM malfunctions related to “HEATER,” “RR temp abnormal,” and “S-band antenna temp abnormal.” The reverse features a flow chart troubleshooting symptoms for “LR temp abnormal” and “RCS quad 1 (2, 3, 4) temp abnormal.” In fine condition. Accompanied by a CD-R disc and a certificate of authenticity that contains full provenance and documentation for the chain of ownership from Lovell to the consignor, who attests to having removed this offered malfunction procedure from the original flown “Apollo 13 LM Malfunction Procedures manual (NASA Part No. SKB32100076-386, Serial No. 1001).” A desirable signed manual page showing equipment malfunction symptoms related to thermal control and radar/communication subsystems in the Apollo 13 Lunar Module.
