Vintage Grumman/NASA Lunar Excursion Module (LEM) desktop contractor's model by Lester Associates, Inc., presented to Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell, with an engraved plaque on the front: "Edgar D. Mitchell." The overall model on its base measures approximately 3.5″ tall and 4″ in diameter. In very good to fine condition, with some damage to the fragile extremities, including a bent antenna, and missing radar dish and egress platform. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Elizabeth Kendall, the daughter of Edgar Mitchell.
