In very good condition, with overall creasing, and moderate contrast to the handwriting.

An uncommon, fully signed display piece honoring the U.S. Air Force provisional wing that aided in the safe transport of the recently returned Apollo 11 astronauts. The pictured aircraft, a Lockheed C-141 Starlifter, transported the Mobile Quarantine Facility (MQF) containing astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins from Hawaii to Ellington Air Force Base, Texas, on July 26–27, 1969. After recovery by the USS Hornet, the MQF was loaded onto the C-141 at Pearl Harbor and flown to Houston, where it was moved to NASA’s Lunar Receiving Laboratory.
