Flown gold-plated Gemini 7 Fliteline medallion, measuring 1˝ in diameter, featuring a raised design of the mission insignia on the front—a stylized Olympic-style torch symbolizing the 'marathon' nature of the 14-day flight. The reverse features the mission name and engraved dates, "GT-7, December 4–18, 1965." Encapsulated and graded by NGC as "MS 66," with the label noting the provenance, "Ex. James A. Lovell Jr." Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by James Lovell, in part: "I hereby certify that the gold-colored Gemini VII Fliteline medallion that accompanies this letter was flown with me aboard the mission December 4–18, 1965." A high-grade example from the Gemini 7 pilot's personal collection.
