The reverse is engraved with the mission name and dates, "Gemini XI, Sept. 12–15, 1966." Hallmarked "Sterling" at the bottom. Condition is mint state, with moderate tarnishing (heavier to reverse). Accompanied by its plastic Fliteline case and a certificate of authenticity signed by his widow, Nancy Conrad, in part: "The Gemini XI gold (flown) Fliteline medallion that accompanied this certificate comes from the Conrad Family Collection. It was originally owned by Astronaut Charles 'Pete' Conrad and remained in his possession until his passing in 1999."
