In the early 1980s, I was a principal and sales manager of 3 Apple authorized retail locations in Michigan. I was so excited about the personal computer revolution, and Apple products in particular, that I hired on at Apple in 1986. During my career at Apple (1986 - 2000), I held various positions in reseller training, Macintosh and Newton product launches, and business development. "Think Different" wasn't just a marketing slogan - it encompassed our everyday mission to make people's lives better through user-friendly technology. It was a wonderful time in the glory days of Apple creating demand for the plethora of innovations being engineered by the geniuses in Apple product development.
