Rare original 1970 Apple Records label and wooden record dividers originally issued with a promotional wooden ‘Apple Records’ crate sent to record stores to promote Apple artists. The color label, 11 x 10, which features an artistic design of three green apples against a red background, was packaged with the crate to be adhered to the front; the label features text like “Grown and Packed on Apple Records, London, England,” “Product of England,” “Available from Capitol Records,” and “…‘Keeps the Doctor Away.’” The eight wooden dividers each measure 5.5˝ x 15.25˝ x .25˝ and feature the names of various artists along the top: John Lennon, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Badfinger, Billy Preston, Applesauce, Doris Troy, and The Whale. In overall fine condition. The crate is not included.
